3. Order & Quotation

All perfume wholesale and custom OEM/ODM quotations are valid within the agreed period. All bulk orders, personalized fragrance formulation orders, private label perfume orders and full-set customization projects shall be subject to the final signed formal contract. We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice due to fluctuations in fragrance raw material costs, essential oil prices, packaging material costs and international market changes.

4. Payment Terms

All perfume business cooperation shall follow the mutually agreed payment terms stated in official invoices and contracts. Buyers shall complete payment according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payment will result in delayed sample production, mass production and shipment schedules, and AlanAngel shall not be liable for any delivery delays caused by overdue payments.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand logos, exclusive fragrance formulas, customized scent schemes, packaging designs, production technical data and artwork displayed on this website are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients shall not copy, reproduce, resell or use our fragrance formulas, brand visuals and design resources without official written authorization from AlanAngel.
